We wish to share an update on the financial health of the Vancouver Meditation Group and to ask for your ongoing support (updated on Feb 10 2026):
The 2025 year closed with a shortfall of more than $41,000. It was necessary to redeem some invested reserves during the year to cover the shortfall. The 2025 annual operating costs for: rent, utilities, insurance, legal, maintenance, and other essentials were approximately $141,600. In order to return to a balanced and sustainable financial condition, this Group will need to raise at least $10,000 per month.
The Vancouver Meditation Group needs your support, whether through an increase in regular monthly donations or various other contributions. It is your support that sustains this Group and helps ensure the stability and continuity of this sacred space for meditation, prayer, and fellowship.
Official tax receipts will be issued for donations of $20 or more
